چکیده:
Objective: Aquaculture is now recognized as viable and profitable enterprise world-wide. In many aquaculture operations today, feed accounts for more than one half of the viable operational cost. One of the problems in aquaculture centers, especially in shrimp fields is the nourishment of their larvae, so that it can increase the variety of aqueous in larval period. Decapsulating is used for unqualified cyct’s such as low percentage hatchability and unliquidable ones. Decapsulated cycts are used for feeding different sturgeons fishes, trouts, ornaments and marine fishes.
Method & Materials: The cysts of Artemia urmiana that were in low percentage of hatchability were decapsulated with Sodium Hypocholoride and some other necessary materials. The cysts were dried with a F.B.D drier apparatus and after that were packed. The decapsulated cysts were administered at three different treatments-canned in vacuum condition, canned in non-vacuum condition and plastic flask. These cysts were assessed with in the maintenance periods of prior drying, after being dried, three, six to twelve months after producing for any bacterial, fungus and aflatoxin contaminations.
Results & Conclusion: Due to the bacterial examinations a few amount of Clostridium septicum and Archaobacterium piogenes were isolated from the samples. It has to be mentioned that this type of bacteries are non-pathogenes for domestic animals and aqueous. They can only be existed in form of harmless saprophyts. A large amount of Aspergillus fumigatus was isolated before decapsulating. Most of the decapsulated cysts did not show any fungus contaminations, and just a less amount of Aspergillus fumigatus was detected from the unvacuumed packed samples that were maintenanced within one year. The amount of Aflatoxin was negative in most of the samples except the ones that were maintenanced for three months.
